I have and I like it. It's nice if you don't have a gym membership, but you can make more progress by lifting weights and following the p90x diet. I didn't follow the diet exactly, but did follow their portion suggestions.

I have bought it, now I need to try it.

They did not send me the meal plan/ Diet booklet so well see what I can do . Keep you posted

I'll be trying P90X here soon once I get a couple pieces of workout equipment. However, I do not plan on using any supplements. I see no reason to use them if you don't need to.

Ok so I use P90x to drop off weight and now I will use traditional free weights to pack muscle back on.

went from 226 lbs to 189 using P90x
now packed on 19 lbs of muscle getting me up to 208 lbs. ( current weight )
