Try this new twist to the Fig-4 headscissor!



I was happy to meet up with Kentucky's WrestlnKY when he came to the DC area and to teach him a new fig-4 head scissor hold.



The key is to also lock your opponent's arm within the fig-4 scissor with the leg that would normally just bend around the other ankle.
   

Here WrestlnKY just uses one leg to subdue me. Next he'll try the new figure-4!
Hot man! Now my one arm is trapped too! Try it, it feels hot to do it and to be in it!
   

WrestlnKY pushes up on his arms to hang me in the hold now and gets me all worked up!
A claw to the stomach and he has one arm trapped in the scissor, the other held down!
   

This gives him the freedom to do anything he wants with his free hand! Hey, no fair!
Ok, fair enough, a victim of my own hold! Thanks for coming to visit WrestlnKY!
